INTRODUCTION
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using or making a purchase from our online store at www.jo-mas.com. By browsing, using, or purchasing through our Website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
As these terms may be updated periodically—to reflect changes in technology, operations, legal obligations, or business practices—we encourage you to check this page regularly to stay informed.
ORDERING
Our Website is available 24/7, though occasional maintenance may affect availability. Where possible, maintenance is scheduled during low-traffic hours to minimize disruption.
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid payment method accepted by us. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without penalty or explanation within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Please note: JO—MAS only accepts orders from private consumers. Purchases for or on behalf of a business are not permitted.
Your legal right to claim conformity under national consumer protection laws applies to all purchases made on our Website.
We deliver only to residential or business addresses in countries we actively ship to. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. In certain circumstances, we may decline or cancel your order, for example if:

An unintentional error occurred on our Website (e.g. pricing or payment issue).

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products under these terms. Orders can only be made via our Website; we cannot process offers placed via phone, email, post, or fax.
AGREEMENT
Once you click “Place order” and receive an on-screen confirmation, your offer has been submitted. You will then receive an automated acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.
The agreement between you and JO—MAS is only finalized once we send an official order confirmation email.
If you made an error during checkout, please contact us promptly—we’ll do our best to assist. Before submitting your order, you’ll have the opportunity to review and edit all entered information, such as billing/shipping addresses or payment details.
LANGUAGE OF THE AGREEMENT
These terms and any purchase agreements with JO—MAS are made in English.
ACCESS TO YOUR ORDER
We store a record of your submitted offer and our order confirmation. You will not have access to these documents later via the Website, so we recommend saving or printing copies for your records.
FRAUD SCREENING
To protect our customers, we may perform verification checks using the data submitted with your order. These checks can include address validation, payment screening, and fraud prevention measures.
RESPONSIBLE PURCHASING GUIDELINES

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that such behavior is occurring, JO—MAS reserves the right to suspend or permanently block accounts, cancel access to promotions or benefits, and decline future orders.
Our assessment considers factors such as order and return patterns, frequency, item types, previous claims, and any indications of attempted fraud. All assessments are made carefully and fairly.

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION NUMBER
In order to maintain your own security and prevent fraud, you will be asked to enter your Card Verification Number (CVV) when paying with a credit card. You can find the 3-digit number on the back of your credit card. It generally appears to the right of your credit card number.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
If you place your order with a credit card, the payment will be deducted from your bank account when your order and data have been verified and your ordered products leave our stock for delivery.
If you place your order using Paypal, Klarna Pay Now, Bancontact, iDeal or a debit card, the payment will be deducted from your bank account when your order has been placed.
If you place your order with Klarna Pay Later, the payment will be deducted from your bank account once you have paid the invoice. Please note that your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your bank statement.
PRICES & VAT
All prices on products, delivery charges and other services include value added tax (VAT), excluding the United States and Canada, where VAT is excluded. The delivery charge is added per order.
In the order summary in the checkout, once you have selected the delivery option, we will always inform you of the total price, including all taxes, VAT and other costs, such as fees and possible delivery costs, before you place your order.
The prices displayed on our Website are those that apply at the time of your purchase. The prices may be subject to change without notice, but such changes will not affect orders which we have accepted. We endeavor to avoid information errors, but please note that pricing errors, spelling errors and other errors or mistakes may occur from time to time.
We will verify prices as part of our confirmation procedures. If the correct price is less than our stated price, the lesser amount will be charged to you. If the correct price is higher than the price stated on our Website, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to contact you, we will reject your offer and notify you by e-mail.
WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES OR TAXES WHEN ORDERING FROM THE U.S.?
Yes. As of May 2, 2025, in accordance with updated U.S. customs regulations, all orders—regardless of value—may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees.
You are responsible for import clearance and for the payment of any applicable import duties, customs' fees, and handling charges. These fees are collected upon delivery and are not reflected in the order total at checkout.
If you choose not to pay the required duties or customs’ fees and the package is not collected, it will be returned to us. In such cases, any customs' charges or return handling fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

All displayed prices are quoted in the currency that refers to your country. If you want to change the country selection, please use the country selector at the top of our Website. Your delivery address will decide which currency you will be charged in.

ORDER SECURITY
We utilize Security Socket Layer (SSL) technology, one of the most secure systems for ordering online that allows encryption of your information, such as your name and address, and critical personal information, such as credit card information. Your information will be encrypted from the moment you enter it, and your personal information will not be saved on a public server. That means that information passed between you and our Website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it. The SSL technology provides an authentication that assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct secure computer server; an encryption that encodes all data, so only the secure server is able to read it; and a data integrity that checks that the transferred data has not been altered.

DELIVERY TERMS
All deliveries must be signed for at receipt, unless another option is provided by the courier.
If the order is delivered to a pick-up point, the courier will keep the parcel for 10 calendar days before returning it to us as undelivered.
Your ordered products will be delivered from Monday through Friday, and the exact delivery time depends on the country of delivery.
An order that has been submitted on a Danish public holiday will be processed the next working day following the public holiday.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We do not offer delivery on a designated day or time. All orders are processed in chronological order.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
When you have an account on our Website, you can track your orders by visiting "Account" and clicking "My orders". There you can view your past orders and the status of your current order.
If you do not have an account, please contact us and we will do our best to inform you about your order status.

SPLIT DELIVERY
At Jo-Mas, we aim to ship your full order together. However, if certain items are delayed, we may send your order in multiple parcels. If this happens, you’ll receive a separate tracking number for each delivery—at no extra cost to you.
PRODUCT INSPECTION
Once your order has been delivered, the responsibility for the items transfers to you. If the parcel appears damaged upon arrival, we recommend you do not accept the delivery.
While this does not affect your statutory rights, we encourage you to inspect your items as soon as you receive them. If anything is faulty or not as ordered, please let us know. You may choose to return the item for a full refund (including delivery costs), or keep it and request a partial refund.
RETURNS, WITHDRAWALS & COMPLAINTS
If you’re shopping as a private individual, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. For split deliveries, the period begins from the day you receive the final item.
HOW TO WITHDRAW
Let us know within 14 days that you wish to cancel—by email or any written form. You're welcome to use our withdrawal form, but it's not required.
Once you've informed us, please send the items back within 14 days. You may also exercise your withdrawal by refusing the package or choosing not to collect it.
REFUND AFTER WITHDRAWAL
When your return is received or you’ve provided proof of return, we’ll refund your payment promptly—always within 14 days. The refund will be made using your original payment method. You won’t be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

Delivery costs are refunded only if you return the entire order and chose standard shipping.

Return costs are covered only if you use the return service we provide.
You're responsible for any decrease in value from handling the item beyond what’s necessary to check its nature and condition.
HOW TO RETURN
Start your return through our Returns Portal:

Enter your order number and the email used at purchase.

Select the items to return and your reason.

Choose your return method.

You’ll receive a return label by email. Print and attach it to the parcel, and drop it off with your selected carrier.
We aim to process returns within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Once processed, you’ll get an email confirmation. Your refund should appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
RETURNING FROM OUTSIDE THE EU
If you're returning an item from outside the EU:

Print 3 copies of the return proforma invoice.

Place one inside the package, tape one on the outside, and give one to the carrier.

Drop the parcel with your chosen carrier.
Customs procedures may delay processing by up to a month.
RETURNING IN-STORE
Items purchased from our online shop must be returned via our warehouse and cannot be returned in physical Jo-Mas locations at this time.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a faulty item, you can either:

Return it for a full refund (including delivery).

Keep it and request a price adjustment.
Wear and tear does not count as a defect. Please notify us as soon as you discover an issue. In most cases, notice within 2 months is considered timely.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received the wrong item, we're truly sorry.
Contact us and we’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent and the incorrect one to be picked up.
PRE-ORDERS
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins. These items are not eligible for withdrawal or exchange but may be returned for a refund once received.
