All Jo-Mas orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse on the Bjäre Peninsula, Sweden. Below you’ll find details on our available delivery options.
We offer standard delivery across the EU and the UK through trusted carriers like PostNord, DHL, DPD, or GLS, often with final delivery handled by your local postal service.In most cases, your parcel will be delivered to your door. If that’s not possible, it may be taken to a nearby pickup point or redelivery will be attempted. Depending on your location and the carrier, you may be able to update delivery preferences once the parcel is in transit.Since deliveries usually occur during the day, we recommend using a work address if that suits your schedule.

STANDARD DELIVERY

EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express shipping is available for faster delivery and is sent by air. While convenient, it is a less sustainable option. We encourage you to choose standard shipping whenever possible, as part of our ongoing effort to reduce environmental impact.Express orders are typically delivered to your door, with similar redelivery or pickup options if you're unavailable at the time of delivery. In many cases, you can adjust delivery details once your parcel is on its way.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping eligibility is shown at checkout and may depend on your order total, active campaigns, or promotion codes used. For information about the minimum order value for free shipping in your country, please refer to the shipping section during checkout.
TAXES & DUTIES
- For US orders over $800, additional duties may apply. If these are refused and the parcel is returned to us, a fee of $50 will be deducted from your refund.
- In Norway, items over 3,000 NOK may be subject to local VAT and customs duties, which are set by local authorities and not included in our pricing.
- For all other international destinations, we ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any taxes or customs charges will be determined by your local customs authority and are your responsibility, even in the case of refused or unclaimed parcels.
TRACKING
We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to the EU, UK, US, Norway, and Switzerland—meaning taxes and duties are included in the final price you pay.Please note:All Jo-Mas orders are shipped with tracking. Once your parcel has left our warehouse in Sweden, you’ll receive an email with a link to track your delivery.In some regions, tracking updates may take up to 3 business days—particularly when the final delivery is handled by a local postal service.

INSURANCE
Your order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches you. All deliveries require a signature. If someone else signs on your behalf, this is considered valid proof of delivery.Should you request delivery without a signature, Jo-Mas cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel.
