Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction means everything to us at JO—MAS.

If your order isn’t quite right, returning it is simple. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to decide whether you'd like to keep your items.


Return Timeline

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you’re unable to return your item(s) within this period, please reach out to us before the deadline. After 14 days, the return portal will no longer accept submissions.

Steps to Return an Item:

  1. Send us an email regarding your return and write which item(s) you'd like to return, the reason for return, and your preferred shipping carrier. 

  2. A shipping label will be sent to your email.

  3. Returned goods must be returned in unused condition with all original packaging intact. Print and attach the label securely to the package, then drop it off with the selected carrier.

Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund within 5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s completed. After that, please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


Can I return my order in person?

Not quite yet — but we’re working on it. A JO—MAS store is coming soon to Bjärehalvön, Sweden. Stay tuned for updates and be the first to know when we open our doors.
